Mandatory Boater Education

Missouri residents born after January 1st, 1984, who operate a vessel on Missouri lakes shall possess, on the vessel, a boating safety identification card issued by the Missouri State Highway Patrol's Water Patrol Division (along with a valid photo ID) or a drivers license or state identification with the boating education endorsement.
